The XMRT is a tandem specific 6-bolt disc rear hub designed around the QR x 145mm axle spacing standard which is (mostly) unique to tandems. The hub shell is designed specifically around this axle standard and puts the disc rotor in the correct spot for the ISO 6 bolt rotor\/caliper alignment standard. This is not simply and standard XMR hub with a wider axle! That would not work because the disc rotor would end up 10mm shy of lining up with the disc caliper. The XMRT rotates on four Enduro brand bearings: two in the 6061-T6 aluminum hub shell, and two in the 6\/4 titanium freehub body.
