The Tern Headset Flux Pro Taper 1.5" Sealed (GSD G1 Variant) is the direct factory replacement headset component explicitly designed to maintain or restore the original smooth steering geometry on Generation 1 Tern GSD electric cargo bikes.

  • Form-fitted specifically for the unique 1-1/8" to 1.5" tapered front fork configuration on the Gen 1 Tern GSD frame.
  • Features a highly durable, integrated weather-sealed cartridge bearing architecture designed to block heavy road spray, dirt, and grit.
  • Includes the full cup assembly, high-load sealed bearings, and a matching star nut set required to safely handle heavy-duty cargo bike steering loads
