X-Cell Folding 4 Bike Tilting Rack - Made for most towballs and all types of bikes.

The X-Cell 4 Bike folding bike Tilting rack comes complete with 8 bungy straps and 1 webbing strap to secure up to 4 bikes in place.

Easily folds out of harms way on you car or in your garage and the handy tilt function means you can still acess your boot or hatchback without removing the rack.
